Has my order shipped?

How do I cancel my order?

How much is shipping?

All orders over $75.00 qualify for free ground shipping if they are shipped to an address in the lower 48 states, excludes items 48 inches and longer.  Order $75.00 and under ship for a flat rate of $7.50.

What happens if an item is on back order? 

If some items are on back order at the time of the order, we will ship you the in stock item immediately and the remaining item will ship as soon as its replenished. No additional shipping charges are applied.

What if my item arrived damaged?

Bees Lighting will replace or issue a refund for any damaged or incorrect items as well as any applicable shipping costs if we made an error shipping your order or it was damaged in shipment.

Is there a warranty on the product I buy?

Manufactures warranty vary by product, but we stand behind all of the products we sell and are very happy to work with our customers directly to resolve issues relating to product performance.

Does beeslighting.com charge sales tax?

beeslighting.com collects sales tax for orders shipping to California. Please note that you may be responsible for paying sales tax in states where we do not collect it.

What methods of payment does beeslighting.com accept?

Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards are accepted. Payment by cashier's PayPal, check, money order, personal check, or wire transfer are also acceptable.

We accept purchase orders only from approved commercial customers.

How do we use your information? 

We may use the information we collect from such as contact information, billing/shipping information, phone number, and email address to serve our customers in the best and most efficient manner possible. What if I forget my password?

No problem, we can send it to you by email. Simply go to the Sign-In page and select 'Forgot Your Password?' below the email and password boxes. Fill in your email address, click 'Submit', and an email will be sent to you containing your password.
