The material was used on a job for a customer, not for my home. I cannot go back to take a picture. The items worked out great, no issues.

I installed a light I purchased and found a lucite fitting was cracked in the box. I reached out to Bees, and before I even expected a return messaged, they had reached out to the manufacturer and had them drop ship me a replacement part. No hassle, no suggestion I caused the problem, no requirement that I return the fixture, just quick service. The part arrived within a week and the fixture looks great. Thanks Bees.
I just discovered Bee's for som recessed light trims that I needed. The item I wanted was out of stock, but they suggested an alternative that works just as well, if not better than my original selection. Shipping was fast and I will certainly be using them again, when the need arises.

BUYERS BEWARE!! PAST AND FUTURE CUSTOMERS BE WARNED!! Bees Lighting had a systems breach causing there order to not deliver to me, in addition, they refuse to alert there customers of the breach. The breach resulted in my package never getting delivered, and my identity getting stolen and attempted to steal my paychecks from my employer. This is all documented, and bees lighting themselves have admitted to the breach and even admitted that while UPS reimbursed them of the losses, they aren't reimbursing me. I believe due to the shipment being under-insured evident in the documents they sent to me showing shipping insurance value below the value of the shipment.

I had a half finished project that an electrician never got done. bees lighting had the best pricing on a diodeled brand S45 diffuser for under cabinet led lighting. Transaction went smoothly. Arrived on time.
The lights showed up in a few days and the pendents about a week later . The pendents did not come with the canopy as shown on the website . I called their helpline and was informed they just made a change and the canopy and connector are in the fixture box ( I gave thee fixture to my electrician ) It all got straightened out and we will be ordering 35 more fixtures . Real good help during the phone call.

Bees Lighting was easy to work with. Our first order turned out to be the incorrect item (our fault not theirs) so we had to request a return and were able to get that turned around quickly. I did have to email a few times to get the return and credit processed but customer service was great and all worked out. Our replacement order came quickly and was installed last week and the lights look great and seem to be working as expected. Cannot comment on longevity as we just installed, but so far so good. Would buy from Bees in the future as needed!
